Ace Announces its Alliance with the Canadian Leader in Auto Glass

OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA – MARCH 11, 2005 –ACE Security Laminates™ Corporation (TSX Venture: ASL) announces with great pride its alliance with the Canadian leader in auto glass repair and replacement Belron Canada. Belron Canada operates under three major names: Standard AutoGlass, Lebeau Vitres d’autos and DURO vitres d’autos. As of March, 2005 Belron Canada and ACE have entered into a strategic alliance and distribution agreement by which Belron will offer ACE products to its exclusive clientele.

The ACE products will first be offered in Lebeau Vitres d’autos, later at DURO vitres d’autos stores within the Province of Québec, but both ACE and Belron’s intention is to offer the ACE products from coast to coast within the next year.
